Enlarged gusset plate with laser-cut logo: SSTD-001-6 uses an enlarged gusset plate at the base of each corner post. Your logo is laser-cut through the plate for a permanent, built-in brand display — stronger at the base and more durable than banners or stickers, versus the plain posts on the  Standard Panoramic Padel Court (SSTD-001-1/2/3)

Larger mesh panels: mesh panels upgraded to 1.7m × 3m long-format panels, replacing the standard square panels for fewer seams and a cleaner, more open look.

Shared with standard: court size 20×10m, tempered glass, turf, lighting and galvanized frame are the same premium spec as the SSTD-001-1.

The enlarged gusset plate is a vertical plate welded at the base of each corner post. It reinforces the post-to-ground connection and turns every court corner into a branded landmark. Stronger base connection — the larger gusset plate distributes impact load over a wider area, reducing stress at the bolt joint. Built-in brand display — your club or sponsor logo is laser-cut directly through the plate for a clean, permanent look. No stickers, no peeling — the logo is part of the steel, finished with the same powder coating as the frame. Factory-cut before shipping — send us your artwork and the court arrives ready to install, logo already in place.

Larger Mesh Panels (1.7m × 3m)

SSTD-001-6 uses upgraded 1.7m × 3m long-format mesh panels, replacing the smaller square panels used on the standard series. Fewer panel seams → cleaner sightlines and a more open playing feel. 4mm wire, 50×50mm grid, electrostatic powder coating — same durable spec, larger format. Easier to handle and bolt up during assembly. With fewer horizontal seams, ball rebound stays more consistent across the full court length, and installers spend less time aligning panels.

Send us your artwork and we handle the rest. Your logo is cut directly into the steel — not printed or stickered — so it stays crisp through years of outdoor use. Confirm placement & size — we position the enlarged gusset plate at each corner post so your logo is clearly visible without interfering with bolts or glass. Send vector artwork — AI/EPS/PDF or high-resolution PNG/JPG with transparent background works best. Approve the mockup — we send a digital preview showing logo size and cut-through effect before production starts. Laser cut & finish — the logo is laser-cut through the plate and finished with the same powder coating as the frame. Pack & ship — branded plates are installed on the frame before shipping, ready for on-site assembly.
