How It Differs from Standard (-1) Models

Fully special-profile tube: SSTD-001-5 is built on a special-section steel tube across the whole frame — the four corner posts are sculpted into a fan-shaped arc, and the horizontal bars are sloped, non-square sections. This gives a more distinctive, premium silhouette than the straight, square-tube posts on the Standard Panoramic Padel Court (SSTD-001-1/2/3).

Larger mesh panels: mesh panels upgraded to 1.7m × 3m long-format panels, replacing the standard square panels for fewer seams and a cleaner, more open look.

Shared with standard: court size 20×10m, tempered glass, turf, lighting and galvanized frame are the same premium spec as the SSTD-001-1.

SSTD-001-5 is built on a fully special-profile steel tube — not just the corner posts. The four corners are reshaped into a curved, fan profile, and the horizontal bars use a sloped, non-square special section. The whole frame reads as a sculpted, premium silhouette the moment players step onto the court.

Larger Mesh Panels (1.7m × 3m)

Both -5 and -6 use upgraded 1.7m × 3m long-format mesh panels, replacing the smaller square panels used on the standard series. Fewer panel seams → cleaner sightlines and a more open playing feel. 4mm wire, 50×50mm grid, electrostatic powder coating — same durable spec, larger format. Easier to handle and bolt up during assembly. Because each long panel spans more height in one piece, ball rebound stays consistent across the wall and there are fewer weak points at seams — a small change that improves both play quality and on-site installation speed.

Our Factory

SSTD operates a dedicated padel court manufacturing workshop in Tianjin, China, equipped with laser cutting, CNC welding and shot-blasting lines for consistent output.

A 3-day production turnaround per site keeps lead times short, while pre-shipment inspection ensures every court meets CE and ISO standards before it leaves the warehouse.

Production Process

01. Purchasing Raw Materials

Raw steel pipes staged in the workshop.

We purchase the best steel pipes and neatly place them in the workshop. The products will look shiny and perfect after surface treatment. Material grade is verified on arrival so every court starts from a consistent, certified base.

02. Cutting and Welding

We use automatic laser cutter and CNC band saws to cut tubes to increase accuracy and productivity. We weld by robot machine to ensure high quality. Surface is very beautiful.

03. Shot Blasting and Painting

Shot blasting before powder coating.

We use shot blasting machine to do surface grinding of the tubes. It can remove rust and increase the adhesion of zinc powder and plastic powder. After shot blasting, we use zinc powder and plastic powder to spray the surface. Anti-rust ability is very high.

04. Packing & Shipping

Packing: Tempered glass packed in plywood cartons, lights packed in paper box. Grass packed in PP+non-woven net & SBR; others packed in standard polyethylene foam. Shipping: By sea, or by air or express. Glass is the most frequently replaced part, so we keep spares ready.

Indoor & Outdoor Use

Our turf resists rain, so the court works both indoors and outdoors. Outdoor use has a shorter service life than indoor, but remains durable for clubs, training centers and resorts.
