On top of the no-post glass walls, the SSTD-003-5 is built on a fully special-profile steel tube. The four corners are reshaped into a curved, fan profile and the horizontal bars use a sloped, non-square section — so the frame reads as a sculpted silhouette, not a standard box.

A 360° panoramic court is a visual statement, so we make it easy to match your brand or venue. The turf is available in multiple colors to match your brand or venue — green is shown by default in our renders, but other colors are available on request.

Larger Mesh Panels (1.7m × 3m)

The SSTD-003-5 uses upgraded 1.7m × 3m long-format mesh panels in place of the smaller square panels on the standard series. Fewer seams mean cleaner sightlines that pair naturally with the 360° glass. 4mm wire, 50×50mm grid, electrostatic powder coating — same durable spec, larger format. More consistent ball rebound, fewer weak points at seams.

SSTD operates a dedicated padel court workshop in Tianjin, China, equipped with laser cutting, CNC bending, welding and shot-blasting lines. A 3-day production turnaround per site keeps lead times short, and every court is pre-shipment inspected against CE and ISO standards. Over 1800 courts shipped in 2 years to clubs, hotels and resorts across multiple continents.

01. Purchasing Raw Materials

We purchase certified steel pipes and neatly place them in the workshop. Material grade is verified on arrival so every court starts from a consistent, certified base.

02. Cutting, Bending and Welding

We use automatic laser cutters and CNC bending equipment to form the special-profile arc posts and sloped tubes. Robot welding ensures consistent joint quality and a clean surface.

03. Shot Blasting and Painting

Shot blasting before powder coating.

We use shot blasting to remove rust and increase adhesion. After hot-dip galvanizing, zinc-rich primer and plastic powder are applied for high anti-rust performance.

04. Packing & Shipping

Packing: Tempered glass in plywood cartons, lights in paper boxes, grass in PP+non-woven nets, and frame parts in polyethylene foam. Glass is the most frequently replaced part in transit, so spares are kept ready. Shipping: By sea (FCL/LCL), air or express according to your schedule.

Q: What's the difference between a 360° court and a standard panoramic court?
A: A standard panoramic court keeps vertical posts along the sides and only opens the two glass ends. The 003-5 removes those posts too, so the tempered glass runs continuously around all four sides. It costs a bit more, but the uninterrupted views are what tournaments, broadcasters and premium clubs look for.

Q: What makes the -5 special-profile frame different?
A: The whole frame uses a special-profile steel tube — four corner posts are fan-shaped arcs and horizontal bars are sloped, non-square sections. It's galvanized, same as the -1 premium.

Q: Can I choose the turf color?
A: Yes. Our turf is available in multiple colors — green is shown by default in renders, but we can match your brand or venue color on request. Frame color and optional glass logo printing are also available.

Q: What's the lead time?
A: 3-day production + sea freight. Typically 10–25 days, up to 45 days depending on destination.

Q: Do you provide installation?
A: We supply a complete installation video. The frame is bolt-connected, so 5–7 people can assemble it on site.
